The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Milan metro station for stress-free visits to the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Though the beds weren't the most comfortable and the AC didn't work too well, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall amazing experience. The shower was a bit small, but that's to be expected in most places. Our stay here exceeded all expectations and we would highly recommend it!
